Returns Policy

Christmas Returns Period

We appreciate that gifts are purchased a long time in advance of Christmas and because of this we offer an extended Christmas returns period.

The extended Christmas returns is applicable on all orders placed between 1st November 2016 and 31st December 2016. We have extended our returns policy; all returned goods must be received by January 16th 2017.

All returns must be in their original condition with the labels attached and in the original packaging. Goods which are not returned in a saleable condition may be refused a refund or exchange or may incur a handling/cleaning fee.

We expect you to have kept the original packaging (including the postal box/bag) together with all labels. All products must be packaged in a protective outer - footwear must be wrapped or boxed as despatched. Any shoe or boot boxes defaced by parcel tape, stamps or returns addresses will not be accepted and will be returned to you.

 

Free Returns

We hope that any product which is purchased through the webury.com group will meet your expectations. However, should you wish to return an item, we offer a free returns service (UK only) for refund or an exchange.

We do not offer a free returns service with sale items, (Our Free Returns service is NOT available on any sale purchases) the cost of the return is down to the customer. When returning any items, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service with a suitable level of insurance. Please see terms and conditions

- We do ask all products are returned to us within 28 days of receipt, in a saleable condition.
- You are required to take reasonable care of items.
- All returns must be in their original condition with the labels attached and in the original packaging. (Goods which are not returned in a saleable condition may be refused a refund or exchange or may incur a handling/cleaning fee. Some of our items pick up dust/fluff/pet hair very easily - please ensure they are kept and folded in a clean environment).

Please fill in the returns form and enclose it with your parcel - the returns form will have been attached to your invoice or dispatch note. If this has been mislaid a copy can be downloaded from here.

Attach the free returns label to the outside of your parcel and take it to your Post Office and obtain a proof of posting. Goods which are lost in transit without this remain your responsibility. Please note, our free returns service is only applicable with our free returns label (included with your order). We will not reimburse postage costs if an alternative returns service is used.

For heavy or large items please contact the office and we shall arrange for a carrier collection – this service is to be used at our discretion.

Upon receipt of the goods we shall email you within 24hrs to advise you of this.

 







Returning for an Exchange

For security reasons we do not keep payment details once an order has been processed and dispatched. If the item you would like to exchange, is beneath the £50 free standard delivery within the UK mainland, a repeat postage charge is applicable; please either enclose a cheque (made payable to webury.com) for postage costs £3.95 standard delivery, £5 carrier delivery or £7.50 for next day delivery or we can contact you to gain card details, however if it is more convenient then please contact us on +44 1568 760101.

Outside the UK mainland please contact us for a price.

Once we have received and inspected the returned item we shall then proceed with the exchange.

 

Returning for a Refund

Once we have received and inspected the returned item we shall then proceed with the refund. Refunds can only be made to the original card of purchase. If the card has expired we shall need to contact you to obtain the updated information.

If the order was dispatched to a third party by us, the recipient will only be eligible for an exchange or credit note. The purchaser is entitled to a refund and will have to confirm they are in agreement with this.

Please allow up to 10 days for this to be shown on your statement.

Promotion/Offer Returns

If you received a free product or a promotional offer with your order, and this order then needs to be returned for a refund, or is to be exchanged for a different product, we would require the free item / offer to be returned to us also.

If you wish to keep the promotional item, and return only the purchased item, we would require payment to be made for the promotional item at the published RRP; likewise if an item is forgotten and is not included in the returns parcel you will only be refunded for the cost of your purchase less the cost of the promotion.
