The new women's Driza-Bone Camden full length coat is made from the Fortress fabric - a lightweight, non-oily breathable cotton which is highly weatherproof making it an ideal all round ladies coat.

The Fortress fabric is a new development and a technical breakthrough - a 100% cotton fabric, it is windproof, breathable and washable.

The Driza-Bone ladies full length coat has a more feminine cut which gives it a more flattering look than the Original heavyweight. The coat has a drawstring allowing it to be pulled in at the waist as the image illustrates, or can be worn loose fitting as the Original style

Please Note: Driza-Bone have designed the ladies Camden coat as an over-garment and for this reason they do come up slightly larger than a fitted/tailored jacket. We recommend to stick to your normal dress size, unless you would like the garment to be a slimmer fit, in which case it may be advisable to order a smaller size.

The ladies Camden Fortress coats do not facilitate the merino wool lining and they do not have the option of a detachable hood.

Driza-Bone Fortress Fabric:
The Fortress has the extreme weather protection. Unlike any other coat in the Driza-Bone range, the Fortress withholds many valuable properties. Examples of these being that the Fortress is a 100% cotton, microporous, hydrophobic , breathable, washable fabric. It has extreme wind and water resistance, due to it being developed in Australia to meet challenges of the harshest weather conditions. The Fortress is a 6oz lightweight fabric.
